How do I care for my ceramics?

All items are food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe unless listed otherwise although hand-washing is recommended to maintain the integrity and longevity of the piece.

How long will my commission request take?

An estimated 4-6 weeks are given for all commissions unless you are added to the waitlist. Since all pieces are created out of a community studio, there will not be any opportunities to rush order unfortunately.

How are shipping costs determined?

Shipping is based on location and the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your items are shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please ask if you are interested in expedited shipping. Currently shipping to US only but please reach out if you are interested in shipping internationally.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

As a small business run by one person, there will be no refunds or exchanges. All purchases are final. Thanks so much for your understanding!

What happens if my items arrive broken?

All orders are packed and shipped with sustainable packaging. Please recycle! Pieces will be tightly packed and filled to ensure safe travels. If they arrive broken/damaged, please email me within 48 hours of receiving the order with an image attached. Please note that many of my pieces created are one of a kind and can not be replicated. Again, I’m only one person so please offer some grace 🥺
